Write about a gift not taken well
After a decade of unsuccessful attempts to breach the city’s walls, the Greeks built a giant wooden horse, hiding soldiers inside, and left it outside Troy as a supposed offering of peace. The Trojans, believing it was a gift signaling the end of the war, brought the horse into their city. That night, the hidden Greek soldiers emerged, opened the city gates, and let in the rest of the Greek army, ultimately leading to Troy’s defeat. The story symbolizes the dangers of deception and misplaced trust.
