write a long apology

 I want to take this moment to sincerely apologize for my actions and any hurt or disappointment they may have caused. I deeply regret my behavior and the impact it may have had on you. It was never my intention to cause harm, but I recognize that my words or actions may have fallen short of what was expected, and for that, I take full responsibility. Looking back, I realize where I went wrong and how I could have approached things differently. I value our relationship and respect the trust and understanding that it’s built upon, and I deeply regret any damage I may have caused to that foundation.
